About
I'm a Product Manager with 5+ years shipping data-informed products across consumer, fintech, SaaS, and edtech in the UK, the US, and Africa, and zero-to-one is where I do my best work. I took Urize from concept to a funded MVP, and built supply-chain and billing products for enterprise clients like Dell and Merck at Vertex and Search Atlas.
My setup now runs on AI, specifically Claude Code wired into every tool I use (Linear, GitLab, Stripe, our databases, all of it), and it's made me about 10x faster at going from idea to shipped. I scope it, build it, and ship it myself instead of waiting in a queue like the old days. Everything still has to answer one question: does this move revenue? At Search Atlas, owning the billing portfolio has meant helping push the company past $1M in monthly recurring revenue.
I lead with communication. At Vertex I ran a cross-functional team of engineers and designers across multiple time zones and hit 95% on-time delivery on every major milestone, no small feat when half the team's asleep while the other half's awake.
Outside of work, I teach product management because I genuinely enjoy it, not because I have to. Off the clock, I'm usually deep in a video game, laughing at something dumb on my screen, or trying (emphasis on trying) to stay in shape.
Experience
Own the billing portfolio end to end, helped push the company past $1M in monthly recurring revenue, and now run billing investigations through Claude Code instead of waiting on a developer.
Led a supply-chain product for Merck and kept 100+ global sites running at 95% on-time delivery while managing a $300K+ budget.
Launched a self-service billing manager that grew revenue 25% in three months, and revamped the portal UX, cutting complaints 40%.
Led the MVP from concept to launch in 6 months, navigating CBN compliance for a credit scoring and lending recommendation product.
Founding PM on a film/TV rights marketplace, shipped the MVP in 4 months and pitched investors to help fund the build.

Teaching
I teach product management too, mostly because explaining a decision out loud is the fastest way to find out if I actually understand it.
At ATC Academy I've trained 50+ aspiring PMs and helped 10+ land their first internships. Turns out grading 50 assignments will keep anyone humble.
